All options in the "Shipping" dropdown are available to you. If you need to request delivery on a specific day please select “Same-Day Delivery” as standard and express post are less certain with exact delivery dates. While we will provide an estimated delivery time, please note that there may be instances where factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, can affect the delivery timeline. We will strive to keep you informed about any delays and work with our couriers to minimize any inconveniences caused. We meticulously package our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unfortunate event that any items are damaged during transit, please contact us promptly. We will make every effort to address the situation and offer an appropriate resolution.

• Standard Post all standard deliveries are safely posted through Australia Post. Standard timeframes are 2-5 business days.

• Express Post is also sent via Australia Post. Typical delivery is within 1-2 business days. Regional areas may incur delays.

• Same-Day Delivery At SGH we are happy to offer same-day delivery (Monday to Friday) across metro Sydney for orders submitted prior to 11am, some orders after 11am may be accepted for same-day. If an order is placed after this time, the delivery will be made the following business day.
