What happens if an item is out of stock in the hamper I purchased?We may substitute products that are unavailable but guarantee the replacement item will be equal to or greater in value than the original item and as similar as possible. Where it is a large item that represents the majority value of the hamper or integral to the hamper concept, we will contact you to discuss a suitable replacement.

Is there an age requirement for purchases of your gift hampers?Gift hampers that include alcohol can only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

Are the items displayed in the photos on the website included in the hamper?In instances where there is a product shortage we may need to substitute a product for another similar product of equal or greater value. In some photos we may include additional props to display the hampers or products in a more aesthetic environment. Please make sure to read the contents on the product page in full to ensure that you are aware of what will be in the delivery.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?Yes, you will need to select "Same-Day Delivery" as your delivery options and select your preferred delivery date during checkout. While we post through Australia Post and standard and express delivery are reliable, unfortunately their delivery timeframes can be less certain than same-day delivery.

Do you deliver gift boxes outside Sydney?For retail orders we are focused on our local market, we do not expect this to change anytime soon. If you are a corporate client, we can accommodate special orders and deliveries.

Can I include a personalized message with my hamper?Yes! All Sydney Gift Hampers provide an option to create a personalised message to the recipient. This is requested at checkout. If you forgot or need to amend a message please contact us ASAP. There is a limited window in which we can update the message prior to it being sent.

Can I add additional items to my premade hamper?Yes, you can add additional products to the preselected hampers by going to the "create your own" section or by clicking "Add additional items" on the premade gift hamper screen.

Can I send a gift anonymously?Sydney Gift Hampers follows Australia's Privacy Laws requirements. If you have not provided your name on the message card we cannot tell them who you are without your permission. We do not ship an invoice with our hampers, so your billing details are never revealed to the recipient. Please note that in instances where the delivery has been reported to the police Australian law may require us to disclose the sender. We do not support or allow intimidation, stalking, or harassment by use of our services.
